Shipping Policy
- Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. After order is shipped, it will normally take 3-7 business days to arrive at your door. If the item is Made To Order or a pre-order it will require a longer processing time, which will be noted in the product description. Made To Order items typically can take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door. Note: Holiday processing time is up to 14 business days.
- Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, and International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International.
- USA orders $75 and above qualify for free shipping. This discount will be applied at checkout.
- Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size and USPS rates.
- Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for lost packages due to providing an incorrect address. If you have input your address incorrectly please let me know as soon as possible so I can correct it before shipping.
- Unfortunately once packages are handed over to USPS it is their responsibility to get the package to the correct address. If you do not receive your package and the address is correct please go to the shipping provider and file a claim prior to contacting me. I will do my very best to help you in this situation
